NJDMV Date help and account deletion

For official appointment, document, eligibility or fee help, contact the New Jersey MVC. NJDMV Date cannot access or change an appointment.

Delete an Apple-app account

In the app, open Watches → Account → Delete Account, then confirm. This deletes the account, Appointment Watches, sessions, registered devices and alert history and disconnects Sign in with Apple. See the Privacy Policy for the limited recovery-history period.

If you cannot access the app, email dgruber@gmail.com from an address where you can receive a reply. Because the service does not collect your name or email, you may need to sign in on a compatible Apple device to prove control of the account. Do not send an Apple password, push token, exact saved location or identity document.

Remove local browsing data

On the website, choose Clear Saved Site Data in the home-page footer. On Android, clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. In the Apple app, browsing preferences remain on the device and can be removed by deleting the app; account data is deleted separately using the control above.

Get help or report a problem

Search existing reports or open a new request in the public project issue tracker. Do not post an Apple identifier, push token, exact saved location, appointment confirmation or other private information. Email private support questions to dgruber@gmail.com. Security concerns should be reported through the repository’s private security-reporting option when available.

Before reporting stale availability

Openings can disappear between a refresh and booking. Check the “last checked” time, refresh once, and confirm on the official booking portal. A disappearing opening by itself is expected and does not mean NJDMV Date booked or held it.
